    The event is 18 + only.

  • What's the best time to arrive?

    Day Parking opens at 1pm on event days. Venue opens at 3pm. Arrive early to allow for possible traffic and security search at the entrance. Please try to carpool. Expect delays.

  • What will the weather be like? How hot will it be during the day and how cold will it be at night?
  • What are you doing to ensure my safety?

  • I'm a member of the media/press? How do I make arrangements for a press/media/photo pass?

    No, but thanks for checking! If we change our minds or anything opens up, we will post about it.

  • Can I distribute flyers or promotional items inside the venue? What about outside?

    No. Anyway, marketing is totally overrated, and you should be trying to use less paper.

  • How do I become a food vendor ... or a non-food vendor?

    Food Vending: Please visit our contact page and select “Food Vending.”

    Non-Food Vending: We are not seeking vendors.

  • Can I use passes, wristbands or the Head Trip name to promote my website, product or event?

    No. Head Trip trademarks, intellectual property, passes and wristbands may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose. Our official Head Trip sponsors do so with the express permission of the Head Trip organizers. Please review our ticket terms.

  • Can I sell my [insert stuff I want to sell] in the parking lots or venue?

    No. If you don’t have vending approval from the Head Trip organizers, your items will be surrendered/confiscated.

  • Why (to any question)?

  • Will I be able to see all of the artists?

    There is no guarantee. Some artists may be performing in an area that will have a limited capacity. You should plan accordingly and arrive early if there’s a particular performer you really want to see in that area. Also, the lineup is always subject to change.

  • Does registering for access guarantee passes?

    No. Neither registering or receiving a code guarantee passes. Passes are available while supplies last, so act fast.

  • How will codes be distributed?

    Codes will be distributed via email and SMS starting the morning of Friday, March 13. SMS will be delivered to US numbers only, international guests can still register and receive their code via email.

  • I haven’t received my code yet, what should I do?

    Codes will be emailed the morning of the sale. If you opted in for SMS (US only), we’ll also text you your code. If you can’t find your code, visit our Registration page to resend or sign up. For further code support, email register@goldenvoice.com

  • Can I cancel my registration?

  • Are there single day passes?

    No. We only sell 2-day Passes.

  • Is a Head Trip pass two separate passes?

    No. GA Mobile Passes are scanned from your phone each day, however they can not be shared.
    VIP are distributed a 2-day wristband at first entry and then Mobile Passes are scanned from your phone each day.

  • Can I transfer a pass to a friend? How?
    • You may transfer individual passes through your AXS account – instructions can be found HERE.
      • Please note, the transfer option will be turned on at a later date. Please stay tuned.
      • If you're purchasing multiple passes and traveling separately from your friends, please note, the transfer option will be closed by the Friday before event.
      • No transfers allowed day of event.

  • Can I use a debit card for purchase?

    We recommend using an actual credit card, not a debit card. If you are using a debit card, make sure you know your daily withdrawal limit. If you exceed that amount, your card may be rejected and order lost. Contact your bank to inquire about your debit card limit.

  • How do I bring my medical prescription?

    All prescriptions must be in properly labeled containers that match the holder’s ID (No pillboxes!).

  • How do I bring insulin or other medical-related items or supplies?

    You should identify yourself to security as you wait to enter the Venue. Personnel will locate the medical staff adjacent to the main entrance who will assist you in providing a secure area to store all items. Medical-related items that are not available for purchase on site, food included, may be brought in. You may be asked to provide an official doctor’s note or prescription detailing the necessity of the item.

  • What are considered "professional" cameras? What cameras are OK?

    Professional cameras such as DSLRs, bridge cameras or any devices with detachable lenses are not allowed. Cameras can be refused at security discretion upon entry. Non-Professional cameras such as film photo cameras (analog photography), disposable, point-and-shoot, cell phones or polaroids are OK. VIEW EXAMPLES.

  • So, I can bring a parasol, but not an umbrella? What's the difference?

    You’ve got it right. Here are some examples:

    Parasols will not deflect water as an umbrella does. Most parasols are made of paper and a light wood as bamboo, not metal and water resistant material.
    If it falls into the dimensions of 23” long / 32” wide opened its good.
    Also non metal stemmed handle and scoping pole. Light weight wood such as bamboo.

  • Can I bring a sign or totem? Can you elaborate on your "no totems" rule?

    No signs are allowed. This includes all handheld signs or signs and items attached to poles or pool noodles or apparatus used to display anything above the head. All instances of the above will be subject to surrender and not returned.

  • Can I bring Naloxone with me?

    Yes, Naloxone is permitted for personal use.

  • Can you give me more clarification on the Clear Bag policy?

    • Clear bags
      • ANY bag style as long as it’s clear and it’s the size or smaller than 12”x6”x12”.
      • This includes Fanny packs, backpacks, duffle bags, whatever type of bag.
    • Non-clear bags
      • They must be smaller or the size of 4.5”x6.5”.
      • We reference clutch as that is very traditional size of a clutch, but if someone has a fanny pack that is that size or smaller it will be allowed in.

    Yes. All-gender restrooms will be available and may be used by any person regardless of gender identity or expression.

  • Will there be sinks and flushable toilets available?

    OMG, YES! Multiple banks of porta-potties as well as permanent porcelain flushable toilets.

  • Will I be able to find Crowd Management (security) if I need to?

  • Will there be ATMs on site? Where is the nearest ATM?

    We are a cashless event this year. Be ready to make any purchases with Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, Google Wallet and contactless cards. Cash exchange located on map.

  • Are credit cards accepted? What about debit? Cash?

  • Will there be a Lost & Found where I can look for my missing stuff? (Keys, wallet, mobile phone, etc.)

    Yes. There will be a Lost & Found accessible to the Venue near the main entrance. You can search online during the shows (Check back closer to show dates and on the mobile app). Please only give items you find to the Info Kiosks or Lost & Found directly. Please DO NOT hand over items to random staff or guards.

  • Will there be medical services on site?

    Yes. Medical stations will be clearly visible at the show and marked on the map.

  • Can I get water on site? How much will it cost? Are there free water refills?

    Bottled water will be sold at numerous vendor locations in the venue.

    There will also be free, twice filtered, water refill stations. Each station can accommodate multiple people at a time and will be located throughout the Venue. GULP! You’re free to bring an empty, refillable, non-metal / non-aluminum / non-steel / non-glass water bottle.

  • Will there be a map ahead of time so we can see locations of food courts and bathroom areas? Stage?

    Maps will be posted on our website, social media and on the Mobile App. 

  • Will there be electrical outlets or charging stations for mobile phones?

    Electrical outlets for charging cell phones will be located in numerous locations throughout the Venue. Bring your own charger cord.

  • Will there be breast pumping stations?

    Need a place to pump and store? We got you covered! B.Y.O.P. (Bring Your Own Pump) to select medical tents for an exclusive pumping & feeding space. All locations will have power for electric pumps as well as washing stations (non-potable water) with soap and sanitizing wipes. Soft-sided coolers and ice packs are okay to be brought in by pumping mothers.

  • Where is the nearest gas station/EV charging station, drugstore, food place, grocery store, coffee shop, etc.

    The nearest gas station is approximately 3.6 miles away on Monroe Street and Highway 111.

    To find the nearest charging station, search for the city of Indio in your preferred charging station finder app. There are several food places up and down Highway 111.

    The closest grocery store, coffee shop and several food places are in the shopping center with Ralphs at the corner of Jefferson Street and Avenue 50.
