PASS INFO

  • 18 + Over.
  • Event will take place rain or shine.
  • Lineup and set times are subject to change without notice.
  • Our ticketing platform is powered by AXS. Create a custom Head Trip FanAccount or update your current AXS information here.
  • AXS Mobile ID digital admission passes (including GA/Shuttle combo passes) or separately purchased preferred parking or shuttle passes will be sent at a later date. Please stay tuned.
  • Passes will be scanned from your phone on the event mobile app upon the entrance gate each day.
    • VIP purchasers will be distributed 1 VIP wristband upon entry (good both days) and you must also have your mobile ID pass scanned each day.
    • GA + Shuttle combo passes must scan both GA and Shuttle pass each day.
    • GA + Shuttle combo passes can not be separated.
  • Passes can not be shared.
  • You may transfer individual passes through your AXS account – instructions can be found HERE.

    • If you're purchasing multiple passes and traveling separately from your friends, please note, the transfer option will be closed by the Friday before event.

PAYMENT PLANS

  • $99 DOWN PAYMENT PLAN

    Put just $99 down at time of checkout, then divide your remaining balance over equal monthly payments through mid July.

    • Payment Plans are available for all orders over $100 while supplies last.
    • PayPal payment method not available for Payment Plan.
    • Only a $20 flat fee for Payment Plan. No added interest!
    • You may pay in full if you do not want to use the payment plan.
    • You must select the payment plan during the checkout process. If you miss this, you'll be charged in full. There will be no account adjustments.
    • Exact payment amounts may vary by a few cents due to rounding, but the total due will not exceed order total.
    • Payments are automated and may take up to 72 hours to process.
      • Please wait for your payment to process. If you make a manual payment during this time, the automatic payment may still process, resulting in a double charge.
    • No refunds, cancellations or exchanges.
    • Defaulting on your payment plan will result in order cancellation and a $50 default fee per pass.
  • MISSED PAYMENTS
    • If your payment is declined, you will have a 10-day grace period to pay.
    • If payment is not received by the 10th day after the initial charge is due, your order may be canceled at any time.
    • Defaulting on payments will result in cancellation of your order and a $50 restocking fee per pass.
    • No exceptions. It is your responsibility to manage your payment plan and to check your credit card and bank statements for charges.
